Payment Methods
Cash, check, credit/debit card, or online via the Parent Portal. Online Visa/MC/Discover payments incur a 2.59% processing fee — pay by ACH or cash to avoid it.

No Pro-Ration
Tuition is not pro-rated for missed classes or studio closures. Students may attend a makeup class for any absence.

E-Pay Authorization
Families who register online are auto-enrolled in e-payment. Your card on file is charged for tuition, fees, and other studio purchases.

No Refunds
Tuition, registration fees, and all other fees are non-refundable. Withdrawals do not result in a refund of any amounts already paid.

Dual-Studio Makeups
If enrolled at both locations, makeup classes must be taken at the location where the class was missed.
